Bryan County Schools has been closely monitoring the winter weather and the expected impact to our area tonight and into tomorrow. Based on the information from the National Weather Service and communication from Bryan County Emergency Management, Bryan County Schools will release school 1-hour early today, Tuesday, January 21, 2025. Schools will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, January 22, 2025. All sporting events, afterschool activities, and community education classes are also canceled.

A decision about Thursday will be made by 2:00pm Wednesday.

If you planned on attending the House Bill 581 hearing tonight, this hearing has been cancelled and rescheduled for Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 6:30 pm at the Bryan County Board of Education Central Office.
